Mark Munden is the Founder and President of Four Streams Ministries. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an ordained minister with a Master's Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a trained Exchanged Life Counselor, Life Coach, and a certified graduate teacher by the Evangelical Training Association.

Prior to founding Four Streams in April 2004, he and his wife Laurie served for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ working with high school students and families. In those years of leading teams, mission trips, retreats, and conferences, Mark became burdened by the need to reach men of all ages, not just teenagers. Since 2004 Mark and friends of the ministry have been offering men and their families a way to connect with God by reaching them where they live.

Mark loves the outdoors and enjoys reading God's Word, dirt biking, hunting, talking about real life around the campfire, and spending time with his wife (and high school sweetheart) Laurie and their 6 kids.

His passion is to disciple and guide men of all ages to a life of purpose and authentic masculinity through a relationship with Jesus Christ and impact families for God's kingdom.

Rick Glover is a big man with a giant heart for reaching men for the Kingdom of God.  Mark and Rick have journeyed together for the last few years ministering to men in prison and beyond. They first started working together and with the guys at Beto Unit 1, a maximum security men’s prison faith based wing (http://www.wfaa.com/video/greaves-index.html?nvid=392590). He has helped launch a ministry into two additional prisons, now teaching every Thursday at Sanders Estes men’s prison and helping with a team who is ministering to incarcerated women at Hobby women’s prison on Tuesdays.

As their friendship grew, so did their opportunities to work together reaching out to men. More recently Rick has become part of the Four Streams speaking team on weekends for men. He has been in a medical sales and marketing career most of his life. Rick now joins our staff team and to work full-time to change and strengthen other Men’s hearts spiritually towards the Lord!

Rick has been discipling and mentoring men in the south Dallas area for years.  He leads a Wednesday nights men’s group at his church.  Rick is also expanding our alliance with Men's Fraternity and will begin "Quest For Authentic Manhood” for men in the lancaster area in late October.
