| Mark Munden is the Founder and President of Four Streams Ministries. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an ordained minister with a Master's Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a trained Exchanged Life Counselor, Life Coach, an Evangelical Training Association graduate teacher, and a Texas Peace Officer. Prior to founding Four Streams in April 2004, he and his wife Laurie served for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ working with high school students and families. In those years of leading teams, mission trips, retreats, and conferences, Mark became burdened by the need to reach men of all ages, not just teenagers. Since 2004 Mark and friends of the ministry have been offering men and their families a way to connect with God by reaching them where they live, introducing them to Christ and helping them to grow. Mark loves the outdoors and enjoys reading God's Word, dirt biking, hunting, talking about real life around the campfire, and spending time with his wife (and high school sweetheart) Laurie and their 6 kids. His passion is to disciple and guide men of all ages to a life of purpose and authentic masculinity through a relationship with Jesus Christ and impact families for God's kingdom. † † † † |
James Fincher is a man who wants to see men and women set free in Christ. Our president Mark (above) is a living example of James' ministry as the two met in late 1993 at an Exchanged Life Ministries weekend. The following summer the Lord used James mightily in Mark's life. They have been friends ever since and have worked together the last few years hosting various events.
James graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 1977 and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1981. He served as a teacher and counselor with Exchanged Life Ministries for 21 yrs. He also ran Epic Adventure, men’s and couples’ ministry, for 5 yrs.
He and his wife, Laura, Have been married for 37 yrs. They have two children and two grandchildren. His passion is to bring believers to a point of coming alive with a passion for Christ.

John Morton is indeed a man fully alive! His passion is to disciple men and help them become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. He loves the Word of God and is committed to helping men understand and apply God's Word to their lives on a daily basis. He is a gifted expositor, teacher and group leader and is an active leader in the men's ministry at his church. He loves his wife Mae, his twin daughters Christen and Lauren, and enjoys the beauty of God's creation.
